The Dominion Homeowners Association is a non profit organization consisting of approximately 1087 members. The Dominion Homeowners Association has nine (9) Board of Directors that are responsible for overseeing all homeowner association business.
There is an onsite management staff that is available to assist any homeowner or guest from 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday thru Friday. This gated community offers security 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are two (2) twenty-four (24) hour manned gates, and two (2) twenty-four (24) hour roving patrols.
The Dominion was established in 1983 and declarant control ended in 1999, which initiated the beginning of The Dominion Homeowners Association, Inc.
