
Architectural Control
In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, conditions, Easements and Restrictions for The
Dominion Planned Unit Development, recorded in Volume 2956, Page 0061, Bexar County, Texas,
the amendments thereto, and the supplements and protective covenants filed in accordance
therewith (the “Restrictions”), the Architectural Control Committee (the “ACC”) has the authority
to review and approve or disapprove all proposed improvements within the Dominion.
No improvement may be constructed within the Dominion development without the advance
written approval of the ACC. The ACC, in consultation with the Board of Directors of the
Association, has established procedures, rules and guidelines which must be adhered to by
each Owner and any third-party utilized by the Owner to construct improvements (a “Builder”)
with the Dominion.
As a pre-condition to the ACC’s review of any request for the approval of a proposed
improvement, the following items must be submitted to the ACC (the “ACC Review Package”):
1. Application for Plan Review
2. Appropriate ACC Plan Checklist COMPLETED
3. Owner Agreement
4. Review Fee, Permit Fee, and Compliance Deposit
5. Builder Agreement
ACC Meetings are held Tuesday at 4:30pm*. A completed ACC Review Package must be
received no later than end of day on Thursday** to be included on the agenda for the next ACC
meeting. Please note that the ACC Review Package includes agreements that must be signed by
the Owner and the Owner’s Builder.
Signed agreements must be included with the ACC Review Package.
All fees and deposits must be made by check payable to The Dominion Homeowners
Association; Inc. Checks must be included with the ACC Review Package.
Please review the Restrictions applicable to your lot prior to completing the ACC Review
Package. The Restrictions are available on our website, www.dominionhoa.com, underneath
documents > subdivision covenants.

** It is strongly recommended to not wait until then to submit. If any package items are missing or if the package is incomplete, you may not have time to make the necessary correction prior to the meeting time. An incomplete package will be denied and returned to you for resubmittal and additional fees may be assessed
