Committees
The purpose of the ACC Committee is to represent the HOA consistent with the ongoing preservation of first class residential development.
The Committee shall be composed of no less than five (5) and no more than nine (9) HOA members, excepting the ACC, in which case, the ACC may have a non-HOA member.
The purpose of the Development Committee is to oversee and approve all new development of common infrastructure and the associated covenants and restrictions for each annexed tract of land within the Dominion Planned Unit Development (PUD).
