My name is Sahil Damniwalla, and I am the Covenant and Architectural Compliance Inspector for The Dominion Homeowners Association. My role involves ensuring that all homes and properties comply with our community's architectural guidelines and covenants, helping to maintain the aesthetic and safety standards we all value.
 
Many of you might recognize me from the guard shack, where I served as a security guard for our community for five years before transitioning into this role. I’ve always been committed to the well-being of our neighborhood, and I’m excited to continue serving you in this capacity.
 
I received my Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Texas at San Antonio, which has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding safety, community health, and environmental standards. This knowledge helps me ensure that our community remains a safe and beautiful place to live.
 
In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, spending time with friends, cooking, and listening to music. I’m here to help keep our community looking its best, and I appreciate everyone’s cooperation in maintaining the beauty and harmony of our neighborhood.

Hi, I am Martha Bernal, your Architectural Review & Compliance Manager for The Dominion HOA. My primary role is to assist residents with their requests to the Architectural Control Committee. Although I enjoy helping the residents in any way I can.

I was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I was in the military for a total of 8 years. I have worked for the City of Laredo, City of San Antonio, and the City of Boerne for a combined total of 23 years as a subdivision review planner.

I have been with The Dominion HOA for close to 5 months. In my free time I love to spend time with my daughter and grandsons, going on family trips or just enjoying a good movie. I look forward to meeting everyone and helping in any way I can.

Greetings! My name is Amber Casillas, and I am proud to serve as your Community Relations Manager. For the past four years, I have had the pleasure of working with The Dominion community. I began my journey with The Dominion HOA as a receptionist and with the support and mentorship of our General Manager and Assistant GM, I’ve grown into my current role.

Born and raised in San Antonio, I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Civic Engagement. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, taking walks with my two doodles, and staying active with workouts.

I am excited to continue contributing to the success and reputation of The Dominion as San Antonio’s Premier Community!

Roger Martinez

Maintenance Operations Manager

Hi, I’m Roger Martinez, and I’ve been with The Dominion HOA for a year and a half, managing contractors and overseeing the maintenance of common areas.

I graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Landscape Architecture. I am a Registered Landscape Architect, Licensed Irrigator, and Licensed Pesticide Applicator. Before joining The Dominion, I owned Roger’s Gardens for 21 years with locations in San Antonio and Corpus Christi. I also worked for two of the largest landscape companies in the U.S. and previously served with the San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department, where I designed parks, managed Riverwalk projects, and oversaw the La Villita renovation.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, grandchildren, and family, as well as biking, fishing, hiking, and working out. I also love playing with my goldendoodle, Mia.

Working at The Dominion HOA has been a dream come true. Our team is amazing, and our general manager, Rob McDaniel, has created a supportive and fun environment that allows me to thrive in my role and enhance the community’s quality of life.

Hello, my name is Lisa Fratangelo and I have been with The Dominion HOA for 12 years as the Controller and recently assumed the duties of Assistant General Manager.

Prior to joining The Dominion, I was the controller for a Residential Land Developer/Home Builder for 9 years. During that time, I helped manage six of their HOA’s. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. I also spent 14 years in the manufacturing sector for two different pet health care companies.

I have been married to my college sweetheart, Joe, for 36 years. We have a daughter, Sophie, who lives close by in San Marcos. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy riding the areas bike trails and exploring small hill country towns on our tandem bicycle. It has been my privilege and joy to assist the residents of The Dominion to enjoy a safe and happy community.

Greetings, my name is Rob McDaniel and I have proudly served as the General  Manager for The Dominion HOA since 2012. I am a certified Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) through the Community Association Institute.

I have managed several large community associations over the last 30 years. Mostly notable, Sun City Texas in Georgetown and The Woodlands near Houston. My career experience includes working in the public/municipal sector, corporation and my own business.

In my free time, I do yoga and Pilates and travel, having the good fortune to have visited over 80 countries. I and my staff strive to provide premier service for the Premier Community in San Antonio.
