My name is Jose Ramos, and I have been fortunate to build a career around a passion for landscapes and the environments we create and maintain. More than 40 years ago, I earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas Tech University, an accomplishment that laid the foundation for a rewarding career in the landscape industry.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with several leading landscape companies and gain experience across virtually every level of the industry. My work has included public and private properties, military installations, HOAs and POAs, large industrial parks, multifamily communities, and high-end residential properties. Along the way, I have also had the privilege of serving in leadership roles as both Regional Manager and General Manager.
Dominion has given me the opportunity to bring together all of that experience and use it to help maintain and manage the beauty, quality, and aesthetics of the property. I am especially grateful to work alongside a team whose commitment and mindset reflect my own.
Outside of work, I enjoy the things that keep me grounded and connected to the people and experiences I value most—woodworking, fishing, hunting, barbecuing, collecting coins, and spending time with family. I look forward to weekends and time away from work to unwind, recharge and enjoy life.
After more than four decades in the industry, I remain grateful for the journey, the people I’ve met along the way, and the opportunity to continue doing what I enjoy.
